The position offers
- Flexible work hours 4-5 day weeks with accommodating shifts.
- 10-14% sales commission plus $75 per hour design fee structure. Potential earnings 40 - 90K.

Qualifications

- Interior Design studies, diploma & or 2-3 years related working interior design sales experience.
- Background and passion for all the various aspects of window coverings, textiles, wall coverings, floral design, furniture and interior fashion trends.
- Excellent customer & work place relationship skills.
- Self motivated & highly organized.
- Car for frequent in home measures, quotes and consultations.

Interior Design Manager

Bring your great design style and contract sales experience to Chintz as our Interior Design Manager. Create an exceptional design service showroom within Chintz. Source and update special order categories, coordinate product training and merchandising. Recruit, hire, coach and mentor your team of designers, support staff, sewing work room and outside trades.

Qualifications

- extensive industry background in home consultation sales
- all aspects of hard & soft window coverings, soft furnishings, couture bedding & slipcovers, wall coverings and related interior design products
- organized, energetic, people oriented
- Results oriented
- Experience in recruiting with a sales & business management focus
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in furniture, accessories and design trends
- Design diploma or equivalent
